I know their 2007 Vincent is not bad. Not sure what it would be like after 10 years, especially if it's on synthetic...

It would certainly be interesting to compare the two. I'm down if you are!

I'm game for it! Maybe we can contact the GM in advance, let him know we'll be bringing an '07 as well. I would hope he would taste with us, and not charge us if the '97 is shot. That seems like a fairly high possibility...

I'm glad not to be the only one who thought their wine list was strange. It is almost as if they are trying to cull off the old stuff by putting it on the by-the-glass list. Last time I ate there I think I wound up with a nice pint of microbrew.....
